Traditionally, Hot-Dip Galvanization (HDG) has been the standard for corrosion protection in manufacturing. This option is very labor intensive and hard on the environment. It offers little in the way of precision of application and requires us to turn over control of the product to a third party. For the last several years, we have been researching and developing an in-house alternative to hot-dip galvanizing. Thermal Diffusion Galvanizing provides the same cathodic protection as HDG without the need for inefficient processing facilities that are damaging to the environment. ThermaGalv™ carries the same warranty as our hot-dip products while giving us more control over application quality and delivery timelines for our customers.
