The thing that I love most about RTA are the people that I get to rub shoulders with on a daily basis. Our industry can be stressful at times, but life is much easier when your journey is with great people. I currently have a note on my computer screen that was given to me by Nate that says “Definition of Leadership – Take People To a Higher Ground”. I’ve watched how the company has grown over the past 6 years and love that I not only get to be a part of something successful but that I also get to work with a group of people that I genuinely like. Most days are chaotic and full of surprises, but everyone adapts and works so well together to find solutions. And they make me laugh. A lot.

I have been a part of RTA’s family for over 8 years, and I look back with a smile and a chuckle as I think of all the good times, stressful times, and even tough times we have gone through over the last decade of growth and success. The time has flown by and has been filled with great memories and development of great relationships.
RTA is an incredible organization with people who care about each other individually and treat each other as a family. We also have a culture of people who love to have fun, and all the while who have a competitive nature which allows us to drive the organization forward on an upward trajectory of success and accomplishment. I enjoy being able to come to work each day with the great people at RTA. I look forward with anticipation and excitement as we continue to grow, and as we become even more well known as one of the top players and experts in our industry.

From the grind booth, plasma table, weld booth, installing in the field, to bid design & estimating, RTA has taught me a lot of what it takes to be a good person and a hard worker. RTA has provided me the opportunity to grow as a person as well expand my knowledge in the fall protection industry.
RTA stood behind me during the most trying times, and I will be forever grateful. I am very fortunate to work with not only my co-workers, but with my friends. I am excited to see what the future holds for this great company.

Salesforce Administrator
Elisa is really excited to be joining RTA as the new Salesforce Administrator. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Family Studies. Since her career focus ended up shifting more towards technology, she is now also working towards a Bachelor of Science in Data Management and Analytics from Western Governor’s University (WGU).
Before coming to work here, she was managing the IT department of a small marketing company, focusing on product ownership and process improvement, with Salesforce administration at the core. Before that, she did customer service and process improvement for Amazon.
Elisa grew up in North Dakota (ya sure you betcha), but moved to Heber about 6 years ago, and absolutely loves it here. She enjoys running and biking, or just snuggling up to watch movies with her husband and cat.

Process Engineer
John Whittington recently joined the Rooftop Anchor team as a process engineer. He has 31 years of “practical engineering” which has come about with two companies – T-Mobile and Eddie Bauer. John says “ In all of that time, I’ve never been more enthusiastic at work than I am right now. We have a great culture, team, and product. That is truly rare!”
His family moved to Heber City full-time mid-June of this year after calling Seattle home for the last 20 years. His wife of 24 years, Heidi, is nurturing her rugged outdoor side with this move and says through gritted teeth that she can’t wait for winter. JD, their 21 year old son, is at BYU pursuing a pre-med degree.

The first phase of this app is intended to standardize the methods and information gathered on project site visits. Furthermore, it’s creates a streamlined and seamless method to transmit the photos and data to the estimating department at RTA.
Safe Heights, is now available for anyone to download and use from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
We have made some improvements to Safe Heights during our initial testing, and your feedback about the app over the next few months will be crucial to the next round of improvements. We encourage everyone to use Safe Heights to have your next project quoted!

This will not only benefit Rooftop Anchor, but also our Reps across the country as our certified installers are already bringing in their own leads, which are turning into projects.
