In this course, participants will learn about the latest fall protection systems that are available for specification in new construction and retrofit projects. Participants will learn how to specify fall protection that ensures the building is in compliance once occupied. We will spend approximately 1/3 of the time looking a a roof plan with no fall protection, and discussing the various considerations for what types of fall protection would be appropriate. Participants will also leave understanding the most effective to least effective means of fall protection.
