Products - Wall Anchor
Wall anchors are used when adequate structure is available above the roof deck. Some examples of this may be concrete parapet walls or exposed structural steel in a mechanical screen. Generally this allows for installations that don’t require flashing or waterproofing.
Certified anchorages or tie-backs are required when employing suspended means to access the exterior building façade of structures three stories or higher. These certified anchors are often used by professional window cleaning companies, but are not one-dimensional. They may also be used by other trades suspending from the roof of a building, i.e. painters, signage companies, waterproofing trades, etc. They may also function as a fall restraint tie-back for trades working exclusively on the roof and which are not protected by a guard rail system or parapet of at least 42”.
Constructed of 3/4" 304 stainless round bar welded to a stainless steel face plate, our wall anchors are designed to meet or exceed OHSA and ANSI/IWCA I-14 safety standards.
