Products - Rooftop Anchor

Rooftop Anchor SampleOur Roof Anchors are used when there are not adequate structural anchor points exposed above the deck. Depending on the deck structure, we can assist you in determining the best model of roof anchor for your application. Our expansive line of Roof Anchor products is compatible with all types of roofing. We will work with your preferred roofing contractor to ensure any existing warranties are protected and to ensure a proper flashing system is specified for the new installation.

Fall protection equipment is required where suspended maintenance activities are going to be carried out, and on any area where the worker is exposed to the hazard of falling 6' or greater to the ground or to a lower level. This is OSHA mandated, but rarely followed. Most buildings do have identifiable fall hazards with no protection for those working on these buildings. This exposes the workers to injury or death from a fall and the owners of these buildings to significant OSHA Citations and even more significant civil liability awards.

Fall protection equipment in the form of certified anchorages or tie-backs are required when employing suspended means to access the exterior building façade of structures three stories or higher. These certified anchors are often used by professional window cleaning companies, but are not one-dimensional. Other trades suspending from the roof of a building, i.e. painters, signage companies, waterproofing trades, etc, may also use them. They may also function as a fall restraint tie-back for trades working exclusively on the roof and which are not protected by a guard rail system or parapet of at least 42".

Our rooftop anchor products are made of the highest quality U.S. certified carbon steel and are manufactured under strict manufacturing controls by certified welders. Roof anchors can be used for securing lifelines and the tie-back of suspension equipment or direct rigging of a bosun's chair for window washers.
